Is it necessary to complete the online registration before check-in?
Yes. All guests must fill out their information via the link provided, upload or scan their ID or passport, and sign the contract before receiving their access codes.
Can people who aren't registered for the reservation attend?
No. Only guests who have registered in advance may enter. Exceeding the maximum capacity is not permitted.
What are the basic rules for accommodations?
Parties, pets, and smoking are not allowed. Please be quiet after 10:00 p.m.
When will I receive the access codes for the accommodation?
They will be activated automatically once the accommodation becomes available or at check-in.
What should I do before checking out?
Leave the apartment in the same condition as when you arrived, turn off the lights and air conditioning, and take out the trash.
